Over the past few decades, Camp Washington has seen significant disinvestment. The historically industrial neighborhood was filled with potential, but had no clear direction. So the Camp Washington Community Board approached Urban Fast Forward. Our team set out to develop a neighborhood plan and brand identity. We used visioning sessions with community stakeholders to identify the community’s unique assets. Then, we presented the Camp Washington Community Board with a comprehensive revitalization strategy. Our work repositioned the Community Board to act on strategic development opportunities.
