Phil represents himself, quite accurately, as an Excel Jedi whose greatest joy is creating overly complicated spreadsheets, a surprisingly useful skill in keeping the Urban Fast Forward team on track. The genial public face of the company, Phil began his working life in retail and hospitality, holding positions with Gaylord Hotels and a range of food and beverage organizations before moving into real estate.
