Our strategic plan for Beekman Corridor considers feedback from all five adjacent communities. It’s grounded in achievable changes that build upon the drive of a community’s passion.
Beekman Corridor weaves together five unique Cincinnati communities. Much of the area contains historic industrial buildings. It’s both a challenge and an opportunity for redevelopment. Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) approached Urban Fast Forward to develop a strategic plan. Our team engaged with stakeholders in all five neighborhoods, gathering information and feedback from the community. The resulting plan lays out a series of recommendations. We address zoning, community branding, advocacy, placemaking, and urban design. By focusing on key locations like the Lick Run Greenway, the community can put their efforts towards pivotal change.
