This project is a massive redevelopment of vacant land in Blueash that used to be airport owned land between Plainfield Road, Glendale-Milford Road and Reed Hartman Highway, Blue Ash. When complete Summit Park will be a world-class, 130-acre park. Phase 1 and 2 of the project are completed and open for the community to enjoy. Development will continue for the next several years eventually resulting in the addition of 220 apartments, two hotels and more than 35,000 sf of commercial space.
Urban Fast Forward's role in this ongoing project has been tenant recruitment, focusing on finding strong, experienced restaurateurs with a proven track record. Senate, Brown Dog Cafe, Tahona and Nanny Belle's have all brought their excellent establishments to a new audience with more businesses to open in later stages of development.
This developement is a joint project between Al. Neyer, Vandercar Holdings, Towne Properties, M/I Homes and MKSK.
