New residents are moving into what may be the largest new construction project in Northside's business district since the 1950s. The $15 million Gantry project has added 131 apartments and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Blue Rock Street. The project's developer, Indianapolis-based Milhaus, is still working to complete the project, but city and community leaders met at the site Friday to applaud Gantry's impact on the neighborhood. N
